SIEBERT+TALAŠ to Implement a New Management Information System


With a team of more than 30 architects and engineers SIEBERT+TALAŠ rank amongst the leaders in the field of architecture and project planning in Slovakia.

Now we have been implementing a new management information system not just to ensure effective management of internal processes but mainly to increase the quality of service provided to our clients also when applying BIM (Building Information Model) standards. 

Our goal is to manage architecture and project planning activities from their very beginning till the final submission of the design to the client, including even the latest comments to the submitted design. By combining our know-how with the functionalities of the information system we make management of all internal processes more effective and efficient and thus we establish a more client-oriented approach. When delivering high-quality and transparent services, we form a stronger base of satisfied clients.

A fully functional platform for managing client relationships (CRM) and internal processes, including financial and HR aspects (ERP), shall be put into full operation in late Q2/2015.
